We are a medical and scientific expert referral firm but with a difference! Unlike other services that refer medical experts, our panel members are pre-screened. We are determined to provide board-certified physicians, surgeons and scientists of the highest credibility whose testimony will be reliable at deposition or trial. Nurses, dentists, chiropractors, psychologists and a variety of other medical and para-medical specialties are also available. We consider some previous medicolegal experience a plus for our experts but there are no old, tired "professional witnesses" on our panels.

Paul Sandhu, our Medical Director is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, having trained at Harvard University's Massachusetts General Hospital. His background includes a wide range of specialties including general medicine, orthopedics, and neurology. He is available to discuss a particular case in advance by telephone or e-mail without charge. Our panel of consultants also includes experienced plaintiff's and defense attorneys in various parts of the country.

We can also provide a preliminary screening service to those attorneys who are uncertain of the merits of a potential case. This Prelim Review service is considerably less expensive than examination of a marginal case by a top expert and may save you and your client considerable time and money. If a case is found to be worthy of pursuit, it can be transferred quickly to an expert for further review and consultation. Many of our experts also do preliminary review. Some lawyers utilize nurses for this type service. Our policy is to use MDs or PhDs only, with a "second review" provided by our medical director when necessary.
